Privacy policy

Last updated 20 October 2026

This website, rajyagame.com, is run by SnapSprint AI Private Limited, a company in India (“we”, “us”). It tells you about our game Rajya: The Age of Dharma and lets you join its waitlist. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it into the waitlist form.
• Basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type), which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and we do not ask for any other personal data.

Why we use it

We use your email address only to send you news about Rajya: development updates, playtests, and the launch. We do this because you asked us to by joining the waitlist (your consent). We send one welcome email when you join, and later only the news described here.

Who handles it for us

• Google (our Google Workspace account) stores the waitlist in a private spreadsheet and sends our emails.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.

These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside India, including in the United States. We do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone else, and we will not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we stop sending news about Rajya, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can leave the list at any time by replying to any of our emails with “unsubscribe”. You can also write to us at any time to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. Depending on where you live (for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the EU and UK GDPR), you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over, or younger people with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you believe a child has signed up without permission, contact us and we will delete the address.

Links to other sites

Our links to Discord, YouTube, X and Instagram take you to services with their own privacy policies.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email.
